At Giraffe ATV, we are committed to keeping your Polaris ATV & UTV running at peak performance with reliable service and warranty coverage.

All new Polaris ATVs come with a standard two-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners if the vehicle is sold within the initial two-year period, ensuring continued peace of mind.

🛠️ Tailored Service Packages

We understand that every machine is different, which is why we offer custom service and maintenance packages to suit your needs. Our goal is to maximize performance and minimize downtime, keeping you moving when it matters most.

📅 Service Intervals:

✅ Run-in Service – 25 hours (for all new machines)

✅ Regular Maintenance – Every 200 hours

Each part, garment and accessory we design is meticulously crafted to match your vehicle. By the time it gets to you, each item has been tested in our labs and in the field, so you can ride with 100% confidence.

Apparel and accessories – One year*

Helmets – One year (repair or replacement only)

Service parts – Thirty (30) days

Batteries – Six (6) months

Generators – Three (3) years

Off-Road Vehicle drive shafts – One year
