Every new Hangcha truck is built for reliability and backed by comprehensive manufacturer warranty cover for complete peace of mind.

Depending on the model you choose, your Hangcha will include one of the following warranty packages:

  • Option 1: 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).
  • Option 2: 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).

Warranty cover is subject to the equipment being serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule and guidelines.

Not all Hangcha models carry the same warranty. Please speak to our team to confirm which warranty package applies to your chosen machine.

Weekly Rental Terms & Conditions

Our weekly rental rates are based on 1 month’s advance rental and a standard 60-month agreement. Each rental includes one service per year or every 500 hours of use (whichever comes first).

We offer flexible rental terms from 12 to 72 months, tailored to suit your business needs.

We also offer other methods of funding I.e. Hire Purchase

Offering a 12m maximum working height, 10m platform height and an impressive 320kg platform capacity, the 120XEN provides plenty of space and capacity for operators, tools and equipment.

The large working platform includes a 0.9m extension deck, providing additional reach when working around obstacles or accessing difficult areas.

Powered by a high-capacity 300Ah battery system, the fully electric drive delivers quiet, smooth and zero-emission operation, making it ideal for warehouses, factories, construction sites, maintenance work and indoor applications.
