Every new Hangcha truck is built for reliability and backed by comprehensive manufacturer warranty cover for complete peace of mind.

Depending on the model you choose, your Hangcha will include one of the following warranty packages:

  • Option 1: 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).
  • Option 2: 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).

Warranty cover is subject to the equipment being serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule and guidelines.

Not all Hangcha models carry the same warranty. Please speak to our team to confirm which warranty package applies to your chosen machine.

Weekly Rental Terms & Conditions

Our weekly rental rates are based on 1 month’s advance rental and a standard 60-month agreement. Each rental includes one service per year or every 500 hours of use (whichever comes first).

We offer flexible rental terms from 12 to 72 months, tailored to suit your business needs.

We also offer other methods of funding I.e. Hire Purchase

With a 2,000kg lifting capacity, this premium three-wheel electric forklift combines Hangcha's proven Curtis AC drive technology with advanced lithium-ion power to provide smooth, reliable operation and low running costs for demanding material handling applications.

Powered by a high-performance Curtis AC drive system and AC transmission, the XC320 delivers responsive acceleration, precise hydraulic control, and excellent energy efficiency. The CATL 302Ah lithium-ion battery provides maintenance-free operation with opportunity charging capability, helping maximise productivity throughout the working day. An external charger is included for fast and convenient charging.

This model is equipped with a 4.8m Full Free Lift Triplex Mast, making it ideal for high-level racking, container work, and low-clearance applications. Combined with 1070mm forks and an integrated side shift, operators can position loads quickly and accurately, reducing handling times and improving productivity.
