  • Option 1: 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).
  • Option 2: 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).

Warranty cover is subject to the equipment being serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule and guidelines.

Not all Hangcha models carry the same warranty. Please speak to our team to confirm which warranty package applies to your chosen machine.

Weekly Rental Terms & Conditions

Our weekly rental rates are based on 1 month’s advance rental and a standard 60-month agreement. Each rental includes one service per year or every 500 hours of use (whichever comes first).

We offer flexible rental terms from 12 to 72 months, tailored to suit your business needs.

We also offer other methods of funding I.e. Hire Purchase

The Hangcha XE425 Premium Electric Lithium Counterbalance Forklift is designed to deliver the performance of a diesel forklift with the efficiency and low running costs of advanced lithium-ion technology. With a 2,500kg lifting capacity, this premium specification combines powerful AC drive technology, exceptional operator comfort, and robust construction, making it ideal for demanding warehouse, manufacturing, and outdoor applications.

Powered by Hangcha's latest Enpower AC drive system and AC transmission, the XE425 offers smooth acceleration, responsive hydraulic performance, and outstanding energy efficiency, consuming up to 20% less energy than conventional AC electric forklifts. This specification is fitted with the larger EVE 304Ah lithium-ion battery, delivering significantly extended operating times compared to the standard 230Ah option. Ideal for high-utilisation fleets, intensive applications, and longer working shifts, the larger battery reduces charging interruptions while maintaining consistent performance throughout the day. It also supports opportunity charging, while the integrated onboard charger allows the truck to be conveniently charged from a suitable mains supply without requiring a separate external charger.

This model is fitted with a 4.7m Full Free Lift Triplex Mast, making it ideal for container work and low-clearance applications while still providing excellent lift height. Combined with 1150mm forks and an integrated side shift, operators can position loads quickly and accurately, improving productivity and reducing unnecessary manoeuvres.
