Every new Hangcha truck is built for reliability and backed by comprehensive manufacturer warranty cover for complete peace of mind.

Depending on the model you choose, your Hangcha will include one of the following warranty packages:

  • Option 1: 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).
  • Option 2: 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).

Warranty cover is subject to the equipment being serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule and guidelines.

Not all Hangcha models carry the same warranty. Please speak to our team to confirm which warranty package applies to your chosen machine.

Weekly Rental Terms & Conditions

Our weekly rental rates are based on 1 month’s advance rental and a standard 60-month agreement. Each rental includes one service per year or every 500 hours of use (whichever comes first).

We offer flexible rental terms from 12 to 72 months, tailored to suit your business needs.

We also offer other methods of funding I.e. Hire Purchase

With a 1,500kg lifting capacity, robust rough-terrain construction and powerful AC drive technology, the RTP15 delivers smooth, responsive performance across demanding surfaces. The Curtis control system provides precise handling and dependable operation, while the compact design allows the truck to remain highly manoeuvrable in restricted working areas.

Powered by a 48V 20Ah maintenance-free battery, the RTP15 includes an integrated charger, allowing it to be conveniently charged from a standard power supply without requiring a separate external charger.

Fitted with 1,070mm forks, the RTP15 is a practical and efficient solution for farms, building sites, timber yards, garden centres and businesses that regularly need to transport pallets over rough or uneven ground.
