Depending on the model you choose, your Hangcha will include one of the following warranty packages:

  • Option 1: 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).
  • Option 2: 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty + 6-Year / 12,000 Hour Lithium Battery Warranty (whichever comes first).

Warranty cover is subject to the equipment being serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended service schedule and guidelines.

Not all Hangcha models carry the same warranty. Please speak to our team to confirm which warranty package applies to your chosen machine.

Weekly Rental Terms & Conditions

Our weekly rental rates are based on 1 month’s advance rental and a standard 60-month agreement. Each rental includes one service per year or every 500 hours of use (whichever comes first).

We offer flexible rental terms from 12 to 72 months, tailored to suit your business needs.

We also offer other methods of funding I.e. Hire Purchase

With a 1,800kg lifting capacity, this premium specification is equipped with a CATL 228Ah lithium battery and Curtis AC controller, providing smooth, responsive operation, high efficiency, and maintenance-free performance.

This model is fitted with a 4.8m Full Free Lift Triplex Mast, making it ideal for working in containers, trailers, and low-clearance environments while still achieving an excellent lift height. Combined with 1070mm forks and an integrated side shift, the XC318 allows operators to position loads accurately, improving efficiency and reducing handling times.
